2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for instructions.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within Australia. International shipping may be available for select products.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
KMC Seasonal Flow Collective utilizes a global fulfillment model. If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched from different locations (including Australia, China, or Indonesia) and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery estimates reflect the processing time for each specific fulfillment origin.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Our returns and exchanges policy is governed by Australian Consumer Law. For detailed information about returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, please note that for limited-edition seasonal runs or custom-cut fabric products, returns for 'change of mind' are not available. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of KMC Seasonal Flow Collective and our artists.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our designs without express written permission.
Purchase of our products grants you a personal, non-commercial use license only.

6. Product Descriptions and Colors

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Our collections feature original designs and artwork created by artists in Perth, Western Australia. To bring these visions to life, we partner with a global collective of specialist manufacturers and artisans in China and Indonesia. As we celebrate the handmade nature of our artisan partners, slight variations in finish may occur, making each piece unique.
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

KMC Seasonal Flow Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
